The Bakersfield Pregnancy Center is a Christ–centered ministry committed to upholding the sanctity of human life, promoting sexual purity and healthy relationships, providing education and support (physical, emotional and spiritual) for men and women with pregnancy related concerns, facilitating healing for those who have experienced abortion or other pregnancy loss, and proclaiming the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ. PREGNANCY TESTING
We provide pregnancy tests, counseling about pregnancy options, and referrals for medical care, adoption, and social services.
MALE COACHING
Our male volunteers provide coaching, support and training for each young man who comes to the center.
MEDICAL CLINIC
ABSTINeNCE PROGRAMS
BPC offers teachers, church and civic youth leaders, and parents help in educating young people about the challenges they face growing up in today’s culture.
MOBILE MEDICAL CLINIC
BPC operates a medical mobile clinic from Image Clear Ultrasound, a nonprofit organization serving women facing unexpected pregnancies.
MATERIAL ASSISTANCE
Earn While You Learn encourages clients to educate themselves on parenting while earning Baby Bucks for purchasing items from our Baby Boutique.
GRIEF COACHING
Many women who have experienced an abortion struggle with the symptoms of post abortion syndrome.
BABY SHOWERS
At the end of their pregnancy women and their partners can expect to be showered with gifts and celebration at our quarterly baby showers.
