About Jeff Kemp:

Jeff Kemp champions the way of Jesus for men—sonship, friendship, and teamwork that turn trials into triumphs.

After graduating from Dartmouth, he entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent and, alongside his father Jack Kemp, became the first of only six father-son quarterback duos in league history. Over 11 seasons with the Rams, 49ers, Seahawks, and Eagles, Jeff experienced both triumphs and setbacks—from Monday Night Football triumphs to being cut midseason. Those highs and lows taught him that true identity is received from God, not earned through performance.

Today, Jeff is a Soul Coach to CEOs and Fatherhood Ambassador for The Fatherhood CoMission. His mission, MEN HUDDLE, and CORE 3 COACHING equip men, fathers, and leaders to build strong identity, pursue Level 5 Friendships, and lead with integrity and grace at home and at work.

Jeff and his wife Stacy speak for FamilyLife Weekend to Remember marriage getaways. His books—Receive: The Way of Jesus for Men, Facing the Blitz, and The Level 5 Friendship Playbook—guide men to relational and spiritual transformation.

Married since 1983, Jeff and Stacy have four married sons and ten grandchildren. They love mentoring, skiing, tennis, and enjoying life as grandparents—though Stacy wisely skips Jeff’s mountain biking adventures.

Dress Code: Casual to business casual attire is encouraged. Guests are encouraged to incorporate jerseys or other football attire, but not required.
